Our previously frozen Alaskan Halibut is caught in the cold, clean waters of Southeast Alaska. The fish is longline harvested, handled individually while still alive, bled, headed, gutted, and immediately frozen on the boat to lock in the freshness. Given the sophisticated catch methods, primary processing methods, sanitization, and state-of-the-art freezing technologies, our selectively sourced Alaskan Halibut is of a higher caliber than much of the fresh Halibut on the market today. Alaskan Halibut Fillet has a mild, sweet, and delicate flavor; the texture is firm yet tender, dense, and flaky.
