Sockeye salmon are the premier salmon species and rival the popularity of King salmon among connoisseurs. Its habitat spans from Northern Japan and across the Bering Sea to Alaska and down the West Coast to Southern Oregon. Most of our Sockeye come out of the Bristol Bay which is the home of the world’s largest wild sockeye run. Our previously frozen Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet is directly purchased from cold storages in Washington State and Alaska; it is then trucked down to Seattle where we thaw, fillet and cut-to-order the fish.
